Hotel Reservation Procedure


• Prices are in Brazilian Reais (R$) and include local taxes.
• All room rates are per room & per night and include breakfast.
• Exchange rate for US dollar is variable and is approximately R$ 1.90 to US$ 1 as of 1 June, 2010.
• Hotel bookings must be made through the Scout Association of Brazil (UEB), by using the following e-mail address: hotels@wsc2011.org or by telephone: +55 41 3343 3096 or by using the enclosed hotel booking form.


• Hotel bookings will be accepted only from those who have registered with the World Scout Bureau to attend the Conference.
• Please do not book directly with the hotels as UEB cannot guarantee availability of transportation to and from the Airport for those who do.
• There is no guarantee that the hotel you select will be available at the time of your booking; hotels will be available on a first come first served basis.
